Making a new house feel like home
We were fortunate to be able to install the landscape as this young family moved into their new home in Biddeford. Pattern bluestone walkways and patios provide entrances and cooking space in both the front and rear of the home, while an irregular bluestone patio provides a more rustic surface for a gas fire pit that beckons you out to the backyard. Parents can relax on the patio while kids enjoy the playground area. Foundation plantings provide year-round interest, while evergreens for privacy were a focus in the backyard.
Spaces for enjoying time with family were an important component of this design
No mud season here. A sod lawn provided instant coverage during this fall installation.
Thermal bluestone was chosen for for a clean, linear aesthetic for the front walkway and back patio
After a fall planting, blooms were quick to arrive in the spring
